What is a CoCare Roof Maintenance Program?
This is comprehensive Roof Care and Maintenance plan tailored to your specific roof and maintenance needs! We offer two tiers of service, a Standard Plan and Premium Plan! Both plans aim to extend roof life, keep long and short term roof costs low, and fix issues before they become big problems! The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) recommends preventative roof maintenance at least twice a year!
